Solutions for more satisfying relationships.
Couples Therapy offered in Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, and Brookfield areas.
Are you feeling stuck and in pain, wondering how you could feel more connected and understood? I help couples break free of negative cycles, get to the root of the issue, and feel more confident and secure in their relationship.
Relationship health looks different at each phase of your life, and is impacted by the events and people around you. Couples therapy can look at the entire system to identify where things feel stuck, and provide support for both individual and relationship growth. I am trained and informed on the complex nature of relationship challenges and use a blend of methods to approach your treatment. Contact me today for a free 30 minute consultation!

Our Work Together
I use a blend of therapy approaches to offer a customized treatment plan. I use an anti-oppressive framework to support clients from marginalized groups, and with cultural respect. In-person and virtual sessions are available to Wisconsin residents.

Getting Started
You deserve treatment that is tailored specific to your concerns and gives you the most privacy. The LOCI Center is committed to creating a plan that reflects those concerns, and not only what is allowable and reviewed by insurance.
I am not in network with insurance. Generally, couples therapy is not covered by insurance, but individual therapy is with a documented DSM diagnosis. I understand there are times a mental health diagnosis is appropriate and helpful when approaching care. There are also many reasons you may seek therapy that are not related to a mental health disorder, but result in distressing symptoms that you are looking to relieve.

Therapy Fees
I am considered an out-of-network provider to ensure privacy and a more complete approach to our work together. Fees are due at time of service, and I can provide a super-bill upon request. I am available for a free 30 minute consultation to ensure I'm a good fit for you.
